<p>I recently found out that I ranked 13th out of the 126 kids at my school 
I would’ve been higher but I took an art class with a Nazi teacher and got bad grades:/ can I stopover into schools like UC berkley, UCLA, cal poly SLO, McGill, or maybe even brown?</p>
<p>You may want to use a different adjective to describe your Art teacher when you write your application essays explaining your poor grade in Art when you apply to the universities you mentioned.</p>
<p>I think you obsess too much over rank…</p>
