okay so i may quite possibly be in the top 1%, since last year, my ranking was #2. i don’t know if you know anything about pitt, but in public colleges (such as university of pittsburgh), if you’re in the top 1 percent, does it qualfy you for a possibly $10,000/yr to full tuition? or does it depend on your SAT mostly (getting like 1450+)

I cant tell if that’s a question or a statement, but living in PA, i’ve never heard that mentioned. I would imagine it’s by application and receipt of scholarships.

No number automatically qualifies you, but if you are #2 in your class (out of how many?) and you get over a 1450, you should expect to get significant money from Pitt.
