Ranking Colleges By Desirability?

<p>This new rankings concept (actually a rehashing of similar approaches I’ve seen mentioned in the past) seems like a step in the wrong direction to me. </p>

<p>This is nothing new (unless some spin now has been put on the concept that isn’t evident from the UVA TODAY article.) For some time now, the 50 Top Colleges site has been listing “revealed preference” as one of the 6 Rankings it cites.</p>
