ANy idea where I would be

You should get into UMich.

Any ideas on others?

have you looked into Brown and Carnegie Mellon? heard they have excellent computer science opportunities

I heard! But didn’t look in too much… probably because I was always into Ivys + MIT when I was in middle school… my scope kinda narrowed… but true… I will look into them. Heck Brown is ivy!

urgh brown, think penn

I’m still trying to concentrate on Caltech… do I have any chance on that – it is my dream school (along with MIT and Harvard… but I really like Caltech a lot)

is Caltech your dream school? How are your SAts?

Might look at Duke.

hey espiesior

Your stats look pretty good. Id focus maybe on a couple of EC’s that i feel are my strongest. schools rather see 2 or 3 really strong ec’s then say 20. I’d say apply to Penn since Im a little biased (3rd year @ Penn). Do you know what you want to study? I see you do alot of stuff (with what you listed) but is there anything your really passionate about? Id really focus on that.

Hey! Thanks for replying… my greatest hobby has always been related to computers, technology, physics, and biology. I was really interested in Duke a couple of years back, but my guidance counselor said it would be harder to get into in her experience with a previous student who well exceeded me – she recommended CalTech actually – from looking at stuff I do. I didn’t take SAT yet… but I’ll take it over next two months!
