Rate my course difficulty!

On a scale of 1-10 (1 being easier than remedial instructional studies and 10 being harder than Swarthmore) how hard is my course schedule?
AP Bio, AP Chem, AP Psych, APELC, COLLEGE NOW Precalc and Trig, French 2 (if summer course doesn’t go too well).

6-8, depending on the teachers.

6 or 7.
(10 chara)

Between 5 and 6.

That’s not too bad, probably a 5 or a 6, maybe a 7 if the teachers are bad.

Now I will politely hijack your thread and ask people to rate my schedule:

IB English HL
IB Math HL
IB European History HL
IB Biology HL
IB Physics SL
IB French SL

4-5 for the op, and maybe 6-7 for n0stalgia depending on her teachers, the ib school i went to was a joke so its hard for me to compare.
rate mine:

multivariable calculus and differential equations
ap art history
ap psychology
ap enviromental science
ap macroeconomics
ap us government
ap physics b
ap english lit

7, probably

I’d say 8 for icooufoo69.

I say 6 for OP, 8 for icooufoo69, and 7 for n0stalgia.

Hooray thread hijacking?

1 for all of you.

What’s the point of this?

I’d give it a 6.

…sorry I just ■■■■■■■ your topic.

I think your grade level is important in determining course difficulty.

My turn!

Sophomore:
AP Calculus BC
AP Physics B
English II Honors
Chemistry Honors
General Biology I (H) Bio 111
SPA 111 (S)
SPA 112 (H)
SPA 211 (H)
SPA 212 (H) (Altogether… it’s like Spanish I - AP Spanish Language in 1 year)

Grade level isn’t very important. Why do you guys seriously post your schedules online and say, “Oh lulz!! how difficult is it??” as if to solicit an actual genuine response that’s supposed to be something enlightening that you couldn’t have originally known yourself?

Or do you expect someone to say, “Oh, no, plz, not enough AP’s, go add 10!!”

People smart enough to have those kinds of schedules can use some common sense.

5/6

Grind more =)

oh yeah??? =]

BEAT THAT!!

this discussion is utterly pointless…

3 ap classes is challenging(at least in my school)
and 5 is suicide

haha i bet that if someone applied to the ivy league after taking every single ap class with 5’s they would be a shoe in!!

^ no they wouldn’t be a shoe-in. He or she would look like a freak. Mastering many subjects is a positive. But you need more than that to get in to the Ivy League.

haha yeah but that would definately make an applicant stand out

on a more serious note, I think your schedule is intense because you’re taking ap chem and ap bio concurrently!! it will look good on your transcript
but just do really well in those classes

Actually, many of us go to school’s where we have the hardest schedules… many of us would like to know what other CCers think without creating a thread about it.
Grade level does matter, AP Calculus BC as a freshman is different than AP Calculus BC as a senior.

nooooooo!! not the battle of the AP’s again!!
run!!!
