Ok, so from what I understand ECs are just mega super crazy important. But does everyone applying to top schools have mega super crazy quality ECs? I’m concerned as to what is considered “incredible” or not, and what makes EC’s “strong”. How are mine?

Hostess at Country Club (30~40 hours a week) *Hoping to drop down to 20 now that my family’s finances have improved

Volunteered at a Charity Consignment Shop for Sophomore/Junior Year

AP Scholar with Distinction
French Honor Society (2 years)
National Honor Society (2 years)
Distinguished Honor Roll (4 years)
Is this worth anything? My time and energy has mostly been devoted to theatre, but there aren’t any awards for that…I also feel like theatre is a common EC for a smart girl, but I’m not sure if that’s the case or not. I also joined FBLA this year, but that’s just so I can compete in the public speaking competition for the fun of it; I wouldn’t list that on there.
