<p>@meieeee: i think watson for macro may be slightly challenging because he changed up that class alot. it used to be all multiple choice but now everything is free response. he is a genuinely nice person though and will help you as much as he can. just make sure you study the material on his slides</p>

<p>Alectricity’s right. I heard that EC102 (Macro) used to be easier than it was last semester. That being said, I took it last semester. If you put a little effort into the class, you’ll be fine. Like I said above, he curves really fairly. I think the general word of mouth is that he’s the best Intro Economics professor. I’d really agree with that perception.</p>

<p>He teaches intro Micro & Macro, but specializes in Micro. For someone with a PhD in Economics, I think he’s quite qualified for introducing both areas.</p>

How does he compare to Watson and Manove?</p>

<p>Idson is a smart guy, makes standard goofy prof jokes if you like that (I know I do)…fair grader.</p>
