Are particular moderators or administrators allowed to forbid posters from rating threads (when there are no restrictions on that person’s account, for any reason?) Recently I tried to “rate a thread” for the first time ever since I have come to CC in, what, 6 years? A dialogue box came up saying that “I had already voted” and was “not allowed to change my vote.” Um, no I didn’t.
