Rawr sat

hey im trying to get a 800 on the math section of the SAT but im not quite there yet, im either always misunderstanding the question by thinking its much more than it really is or im making simple mistakes like finding x instead of x^2 which costs me from 2-6 questions :frowning: i know its possible for me to get 800 but these little mistakes always pop up. Will this end with enough practice? Ive done 9 practice tests in the princeton review of 11 SAT tests so far but im still not getting perfect.

how do i tackle this dilemma? please help b/c i really need a 800 to make up for my poor reading and writing scores

Just a thought, but perhaps you should put more time into reading and writing.

It’s perfectly fine to make a few mistakes. Honestly. Anyways, you should be able to get a better score through practice. And chill out a little when you take the test- rushing will cause these little minute mistakes. Hope this helped:)
