<p>“Signatures of one of your parents/legal guardians and your high school guidance counselor are also required. Please click here to download the signature form. Once this form is completed, you may mail it to Office of Undergraduate Admission, Northwestern University, P.O. Box 3060, Evanston, IL 60204-3060, or fax it to either 847-467-1317 or 847-467-2331. All forms should be received by the Office of Undergraduate Admission no later than Friday, November 1, 2004.”</p>
<p>This applies only to ED people, right? I just started my RD app this weekend and I’m a bit confused by this…</p>
