<p>Has anyone heard back from RD CALS. They are " rolling beginning Feburary."</p>

<p>I think that pdf is old, and CALS is not doing rolling admissions this year. From the CALS admissions website:
“Applicants will be notified on the Common Ivy League Notification Date. No decisions will appear on a student’s self-service account or be otherwise released until the Ivy League notification deadline.”</p>
