Chances??? I love tufts, and would love to have a clear perspective of where I am with Tufts.

You could give us some more info which would be helpful:
1- You’ve apparently taken 7 APs in 10th and 11th grades. What were your test scores?
2- What part of the country are you from?
3- What was your first language/ are you a URM? (If you were born here, does that mean that you started learning English in kindergarten, later or earlier?)

As you know, your ACT is weak for Tufts, so it will largely be a question of whether other factors overcome it.

I’ve recieved 3’s and 4’s on all my AP exams, with the exception of APUSH. lol…

I’m from the South, FL specifically

My first language was Chinese, born and raise there, so definitely not a URM.

I know my ACT is a bit weak, but I felt like my other factors were strong enough to overcome. What should it be?

Well, while you’ve certainly taken an extraordinary amount of APs, your scores are not impressive by the standards of Tufts or other comparably competitive schools. (They’re fine, but they just won’t impress.) They certainly do not shore up your mediocre ACT.
Florida isn’t particularly interesting in terms of geography, but being an immigrant has appeal.
Your ECs are fine.
If I had to guess, I’d say you have an average shot at admission, all things considered.
Good luck!
