RD Chances?

<p>You all can be completely honest. What do you think my chances are for Dartmouth RD?</p>

<p>African American, female
SAT: 2000
ACT: 30
GPA: 3.5 UW, taking all college courses, junior year grade drop due to severe illness</p>

<p>You’re taking all college courses , so are you in enrolled in college now? Will you be applying as a transfer student? Do you have subject-test scores? (you’ll need those)</p>

<p>No one on here can really give you an accurate chance but it looks like you would be able to handle Dartmouth’s workload. Your essays and recommendations will be what gets you in.</p>

<p>I’ll be applying as a freshman with college credit, and I recently took my subject tests but I haven’t received the scores yet- hopefully they’re not too terrible.</p>

<p>Raise you’re SAT scores and you will definitely have a good shot. I’m not quite sure how detrimental your gpa is going to be; I suppose it would depend what college you’re taking your classes at and what classes you have/are taking.</p>

<p>With your current SAT scores, your chances are slim. I would try to get them up atleast 100-150 points to put yourself in the running.</p>
