I’m from the Princeton area and a freshman at NU trying for the 5-year MEAS/Medill engineering/journalism degree so I sort of know McCormick.

Your SATs are good for an enginner, especially SATIIs. Senior courseload is on par for freshman enginerring courses. Most of my friends in McCormick have done research projects or internships with major engineering firms or research companies. Do you have anything like that? If you do, then you’ll probably have a good chance of getting in.
