Before starting college, UCLA was one of the uni’s I did get accepted into. However, after an extremely long process of weighing pros and cons (cost-benefit, proximity, etc), I decided just to go to my state university which may or may not have been a regrettable decision. Fastforward to now - I am considering transferring out and applying to different colleges for economics (which I am not currently majoring in, currently majoring in bioengineering).

tldr: Will my past decision of not accepting the offer impact a future decision from UCLA?
