re-registering

hey guys, I am completely screwed for the following quarter. My grandfather died at the end of june, and my whole family relocated to Canada to be with the family. Well, one complication after the next, I got back last week, and completely forgot about the entire registering process. It honestly never crossed my mind while i was away. Can I even go back to UCLA for Sophmore year? damn, i sure hope so. All the good classes are taken, but I just want to make sure I’m still in the school. Any thoughts?

people are still registering for classes…theres 4 more orientations

what you have to do is call them immediately!

Even if you can’t get an orientation, they’ll still promise you classes. I don’t think they’ll hold your spot for a whole year though…

I don’t think he’s a freshman. It says “Can I even go back to UCLA for Sophmore year?”

sorry to hear that. i think there shouldnt be a problem. im sure you can still enroll in classes, but the ones you want may be gone. you should still be considered as part of the university.

try logging in to URSA and check the “View Registration Status” to see if anything has changed

You’re still in the school… did you declare non-attendance for fall quarter? The only case I can think of where you were unable to return to school would be in the case of an incoming freshman trying to defer his/her year… they can do that after the first quarter. Of course, I don’t know if you plan on enrolling in fall quarter or if you’d rather defer it and still remain part of the UCLA community.
