what is this list?

@SushiCat

Interesting mix, yay for halfies! And yes, I believe you count as a URM.

@tehCheat

It’s a list of all CCers who have applied to Stanford early.

The fact that you’re half URM and half ORM cancel each other out. You’re basically white in their eyes.

BB’s ending was super happy in my eyes. Grr, I can’t spoil the show on here though.

Don’t forget the constant misinterpretations. “Are you Japanese/Chinese/Korean/Vietnamese/Filipino/etc? Do you know this Asian? Do you know this other Asian? Can you tell Asians apart?”

I can, by the subtle difference in look and apparent difference in language. It’s like telling German from French.

Actually im very good at telling difference among indian subcontinental people. like i can tell difference between sri lankans/pakis/bangladeshis/indians easily which most people here in america are like WOAH YALL ARE THE SAME…im just like wth…

when are the results coming out?

Yeah I can’t differentiate between the Indian subcontinents, but I can see the difference between say Croats and Serbs, and Koreans and Vietnamese. I feel like being able to tell those subtle differences has to do with familiarity.

do you guys know around what time PST/EST? like in the morning or afternoon

@*** its usually 3pm PST which would be 6pm EST…for the majority of schools that do it online, it will ALMOST NEVER be before 12 or 1pm… in the past for stanford its been 3pm PST consistently

sorry wdfhaxors, for some reason cc made “w d f” into “***” lolol my bad

Hey guys I have a question about the application.
So, I accidentally forgot to self-report my AP scores on my Common App.
I know it’s super late already, but I sent an e-mail to Stanford admissions with my AP scores included in it (I also included my name and my Common App ID so they will be able to locate who I am).
Would they look at the AP scores? I mean, I know it’s not a huge deciding factor, but I still feel sorta uneasy not reporting them.
By the way, I’m from Washington state lolol

Uhh I believe you were supposed to fax it if you wanted them to check any missing information. They don’t read emails with additional or forgotten info.

I just looked at the stats for race amongst undergraduates.
