<p>Um, hello.</p>

<p>So…the first step.</p>

<p>My name is Philovitist and I was deferred by my first-choice college.</p>

<p>I’m not planning to recognize any higher power just yet; maybe give it some time. But I am planning on going down fighting, if at all. </p>

<p>And as part of this fight, I’m sending another essay with my mid-year report. If it’s good enough, I’ll even switch it out for my common app essay in my other apps.</p>

<p>The first edition is ready for your eyes. Could you please critique it?
