The Reading and Science sections really knock off most of the points for me. How did you improve? What kinds of books? Tips and hints?

Science: Look at the questions, then read the graphs, (Except for the multiple view passage). Try to understand the passages, it usually shouldn’t be too hard if you do that.
Reading: This is where they bumped off the most points for me too. I’m practicing to read faster right now, and I’m looking up quick stories. (good site: [Flash Fiction Online](http://www.flashfictiononline.com/) : flash fictions are fiction stories under 1000 words, so try to finish those under 5 minutes and completely comprehend them). Also, look up science articles and stuff. That’s raised my score up by 4 points so far, but I’m still not happy =.=“”"

Good luck, hope this helps

For science, I usually head straight to the graphs and data, glance at them to get an idea of what they are showing, and then look at the questions and start answering. You can find most of the answers to the questions in the data. Hardly any are based on the passage. I got a 30 on science my first time, but that was without studying and really rushing through it.

LOL. Judging by your username I can see why you lose points on the Reading and Science sections. My advice: practice A LOT. I set my timer five minutes early when I practice, and it helps me a ton on the real test.
