<p>in I would say…legacy, unique case w/ twin, interesting essay subject (the first one) and minority status, plus great test scores.</p>
<p>GPA is slight concern, but if your rank is top 10% you should be fine</p>

<p>Your URM status may help you. Three years ago, my D with slightly better SATs, very similar ECs including being a three varsity sport 4 year letterman, and a brother who was there as a Morehead Scholar was turned down.</p>
<p>UNC admission for OOS is very hard to predict and I am guessing that applications this year will be at an all time high based on the EA numbers so this year may be even harder to predict.</p>
