<p>Hi!
I really want to go in to real estate industry.
I am a little bit concerned because of job opportunities. I have looked at all major companies such as CBRE, JLL, C & W, and Colliers. However, it seems that most of entry level job requires at least 1~3 years of experiences. Does that mean I have to get my feet wet at smaller regional companies first?</p>

<p>I have 3.2 GPA from top 40~50 school(us news) with major in economics and extreme upward gpa trend(gpa was 2.8 at the end of second year). I also have two internships in commercial real estate, and each was 3 month long, which means 6 months combined experience.
What are some advise for me to work for major commercial real estate companies or prestigious real estate investment companies?</p>
