<p>Does anyone know of a school around the Southern California area that offers Real Estate Courses?</p>
<p>Graduate level? Sure.
Undergraduate? Roughly 50 AACSB-accredited schools offer some sort of real estate program in their business schools whether it be a major, minor or undergrad certificate. The only ones in California are: USC, U of San Diego, Pacific and 7 Cal States (San Diego, Fullerton, San Bernardino, Northridge, Los Angeles, Sacramento, East Bay)</p>
<p>Im currently a senior inhigh school and looking for a school that would help me become a broker and would meet the experience requirements from the Department of REal Estate in California</p>
<p>I’m not trying to discourage you from your dreams, but why real estate? Especially in California…
If you live in Texas, well that’s another story, but in CA real estate is going down the drain and it’s VERY hard for brokers to make any money.</p>
<p>That’s the best time to get in. It takes a few years to get established and by then the market will be better. Meanwhile there is money to be made selling foreclosures. They pay commissions too.</p>
