Real estate: What are you seeing?

Those need a catapult as big as a house…!^^

Artloversplus, that Tiburon house sold?

Beats me, I did not follow up, you should.

Maybe the beavers got it

Them dang beavers, they always win!!

Leave it to Beaver… Love that!

Artloversplus,

I know the owners. They are very nice.

The house sold for a little under $3,9 mil.

dstark

What do you mean? Are we talking about the auctioned house or some other houses? I am confused.

That link is to a house on Ranch Rd.

Different house.

My house wasn’t that nice but selling my house was one of the biggest financial mistakes I made.

Oops- Reed Rd.

Reed Ranch Road. Close enough.

Better than the auction house.

Why did you make a mistake, dstark? Didn’t you trade for a downsized condo/townhome? And I am still confused, have we ever discuss this house that sold for 3.9?

I shouldn’t have sold the house. My new place is worth less… It is appreciating less.

The house I linked is a house that was owned by people I know. I like the house and the area. Just sold so I thought I would post. You might be curious. This house is better than the auctioned house. Sold in one day over asking.

This is the real estate… What are you seeing thread. This is what I am seeing.

This house was worth $2,5 mil a few years ago.

Yes, its amazing how real estate appreciated in a short period of time in the Bay Area. I just bought a house from MLS that I would not pay half of that in Auction.com two years ago.

Wow!

Crazy times!

Townhouse/condo always worth less and appreciate less. But you get to retire and travel without worry about swimming pool is drying out and garbage is rotting in the tank.

Yeah… I hated the pool. My pool was a mess.

So artloversplus, what are you going to do with your new purchase?

Since coralbrook looks like her house will close, you can start the next flipper thread.
