Hello community! I would be very grateful if you could possibly review a few of my credentials and give me a few colleges that could be around my level.

As of right now I’m a sophomore in high school. I have averaged, over the last 2 years so far, a 3.8 to a 3.9 UW GPA. I played soccer my freshman year. Made JV. Didn’t play this year due to injury and a few other problems. I’m going to play next year and I basically already have a spot on the varsity team. I have taken 2 practice ACTs and they have predicted my final ACT to be in the 27 - 28 range.

So with those few credentials, could you possibly do these two things…

Have good of a chance do I have to get into Murray State University (heard its a good school)

What colleges in the midwestern region of the United States could I possible be looking in to.

Thanks!

Start playing around with some good college search tools. The one here on CC allows you to put in your projected GPA, test scores and other criteria to find some “fits” (it gives you 20 unless you change that at the top).
Also, there is College Navigator - [College Navigator - National Center for Education Statistics](College Navigator - National Center for Education Statistics)
You will get more accurate matches when you have real test scores to work with and more detailed criteria for your search.
You also need to consider what you family can afford. Here are some tools:
