realistically, what schools should i be looking at, and what can i do to improve my chances?

I’m 24 with five years of college under my belt. My combined GPA is probably something abysmal like a 2.3.

I took a year off because clearly i didn’t know what i was doing. Since then I’ve seen the light and know that i want to pursue my education. From this point on I’ll be going all out in an attempt to get into the best college I can. Below are the different activities I’m going to try and pursue. Just for fun, I’m curious where you all think i would be eligible for should i succeed in each endeavor.

I have all of my GE’s complete and would like to pursue an undergrad in Data Science, however my backup degree will probably be in computer science.

Now then, If I Ace all of my transfer requirements (which will have to be for a CS degree because DS is not offered as a transfer), get a couple of letters of recommendation from teachers, others in industry, and perhaps a toastmaster official, show that I’ve held, for one year, a professional programming job at a startup with a decent level of responsibility (including attending and representing the company at international meetings), start a club, excel on the debate team, and achieve an 1800 FIDE chess ranking, what kind of colleges could i look at getting into?
