<p>I got my acceptance to my state school a few days before Christmas.</p>
<p>I applied RD and all of my EA friends are still waiting for their decisions… I was supposed to get mine in April, lol.</p>

<p>A lot of state schools use more of a rolling schedule, i.e. they consider apps as they arrive in the office.</p>
<p>Perhaps your EA friends’ other documents arrived later than the EA deadline (LORs, transcripts, gc letters, etc.).</p>
