It’s 3/18 senior year and I was among 40 top county performers to be accepted to the county team to compete nationally in this competition. If I am able to put this down it would really increase my chances of acceptance but my regular decision release dates are by april 1st.

Why not, there is nothing to lose and possibly something to gain. I would email the rep.
You can put it in but doubtful it will change any admission decisions.
