so i am writing a response to a supplement question and would like to turn it in tonight however one of my sentences is lacking something…

for anyone who attends Syracuse, knows the area, or anything:

What is there that other cities do not have… is there a famous square, like time square, a famous museum, fun things to do that you can only do there… some things they are known for…

this may sound weird but its very important to me and the meaning of what i am trying to say in my paragraph…

lol thanks a lot to anyone who can help out!

The main mall there, Carousel Center, released a press statement on October 1st saying, “In a first-of-its-kind agreement for a super regional shopping center, Destiny USA has awarded a contract to meet its electrical energy needs at Carousel Center through clean renewable energy sources. Beginning in October 2007, Carousel Center will be operated with green power. By changing the 19 million kWhs to green power, the company’s commitment will prevent the emissions of approximately 958 tons of greenhouse gases.”

Do a google search on Carousel Center and read the press release for more info.

The mall also now offers 65 preferred parking spaces for green vehicles.

In Tipperary Hill, the Irish section of the city, they have the only traffic light in the country with the green on top and red on the bottom. Also, the cuse wins the Golden Snowball every year in its battle with Rochester, Albany, and Buffalo. I live in Syracuse but I go to Notre Dame so feel free to contact me anytime.

oh and a note on Carousel Center… it’s currently in the process of being expanded to become the biggest mall in the US, with hotels, restaurants, and a bunch of other stuff-- very exciting
