REAPPLYING, senior grades can still kill you?

OK guys I’m a new here and I would appreciate some insightful advice today. Here’s my situation… I have just graduated from high school but I’m planning on reapplying to a school I was waitlisted last year.
In my junior year I had straight As’. However in my senior year second semester, I dropped a class and got a D in another class. Now here are some of my questions:

I’m planning to apply for early decision this time. The normal applicants would not have any senior grade to submit at the time of submitting the ED application. However, I do have my full transcript showing all my senior grades since I have already graduated. Yet, I still have official copies of the transcripts where my senior grades were not entered yet (just like the ones that other applicants will be submitting). So is it possible to submit this old transcript w/o senior grades altho I technically have the senior grades available? or do I HAVE TO submit the full transcript with senior grades?

If it is possible not to submit the senior grades, can i make up those classes I did poorly in at a local CC? would that replace my dropped class and a D so that my admission is not rescinded later? (in case I am accepted with my old transcript)

Thanx in advance

You have to send senior grades. I dont think getiing a D in one class could hurt you that much. but it depends on the college

If you were to do scenario # 1, you would essentiall be committing suicide because any admissions you would receive would be rescinded because of misrepresentation. Since you are reapplying, they would also still have access to your application from last year, so you would easily be found out.

Are you applying as a transfer student, or did you take a gap year?

If you are reapplying as a result of a gap year the process is still the same as it was, GC evaluation, most recent transcript, recommendation letters etc.

You must send your full high school transcript as part of the application process because you have graduated and the grades are avialable. So yes the school will see the D that you got at the end of senior year. If you are applying to a competitive selective college (Columbia), the D is going to hurt your chances for admission.
