Reapplying to the college I didn't said "thank you for the acceptance"

I’m a student at the University at Albany and changed my major from meteorology to chemistry. When I applied to UAlbany I applied for meteorology but I had to choose which one to pursue because they didn’t let me take some chemistry courses when was a meteorology major. Last fall I applied to UB, and Albany. I was wondering if i reapply to UB again will they know I applied back one year ago? The reason I’m looking to transferring is because of th the lack of tutoring services. My dads job is paying for my tuition and not having the resources I want is something not acceptable for me. I’m hoping to decide my future in the end of spring semester and see if I want to stay at Albany or transfer. At UB they have a tutoring service like the one I had in a community college.

This is confusing. Are you saying you were accepted to UB already? So contact the admissions office, say that you want to transfer, and maybe they will reactivate your application without you having to reapply. They can answer your question better than anyone here can. If you were not accepted to UB, you will have to reapply.

I was accepted to both albany and UB when I applied for fall 2017. I decided to attend albany instead. Should I call them and see if my offer still available? Or reapply again?

Have you checked the University of Albany [Academic and Advising Center](http://www.albany.edu/academics/advising.shtm)? What types of services are you looking for that they don’t have?

How many years will your dad’s job pay for? You completed 3 at the cc, so one at Albany will be 4. If you change your major & transfer, you’re likely going to have to do at least 2 more at Buffalo. Can your parents afford the schools if it takes longer or your aid runs out?

I think UB will know you applied. You can call them and ask if you have to reapply. Unless you did a summer program you’ve only been in Albany a couple of weeks though. Have you met with the disability services there to see what they can offer you?

Albany does have tutoring services.

Online tutoring is not something I want.

They seem to have other options besides online tutoring:

Have you spoken with an advisor there? Are you registered with the disabilty office?
