<p>I am a transfer student from a university outside of the country. I really want to go to UC Berkeley but I am missing two pre-reqs. I have been told that they might make an exception if I explain my situation well because ideally i would like to take the pre-reqs at Berkeley.
However, there is a risk because I could also get the pre-reqs and wait to apply next year.</p>
<p>My question is, can I re-apply next year if it doesn’t work out this year??? Would I be disadvantage if I re-apply? </p>
<p>If I am or it is not seen well, I will not take the chance and just wait until next year.</p>
<p>Appreciate any kind of advise and guidance.</p>
