Rec Letters - Only able to add 1 recommender

Hi,

I was invited to submit 2 rec letters. I logged in to the Berkeley portal and invited one of my recommenders, who uploaded my rec letter later that day. Now, there is no option for me to add my second recommender. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? Any help on how to add a second recommender would be appreciated.
