<p>While Evaluation A is provided for your math or science teacher recommendation and Evaluation B for your humanities, social science, or language teacher recommendation, the evaluations are not actually required to be on those forms. I know the teachers at my son’s school did not use them, they sent recommendation letters that covered what was asked for on the forms without actually filling out those forms. If you’re asking whether you can use Evaluation A and B from last year, I think you’re safe doing so. They don’t seem to change from year to year.</p>
