<p>i recently received a call from DUKE’s cello teacher. He said he just listened to my recording and he liked it. He was asking me if i was considering duke and if i was going to major in music or just as a hobby. he also gave me his # to call if i have questions… is this a good sign??? What should I do?? should I call him??

<p>I think it’s really, really encouraging news. I read an article awhile back that said that last year the music department recommended 37 students to the admissions department based on their supplemental materials. ALL were admitted.</p>
