<p>I’m a rising sophomore at a top-25 liberal arts college and I want to transfer to a top-20 or so university for the fall 2012 semester.</p>
<p>After 2 semesters in college, I have a 3.6, which I hope to improve in the fall, and a 29 on the ACT, which I hope to improve in September.</p>
<p>The dream school is Northwestern for Political Science, to which I’ll apply again, and the University of Chicago. I also liked Vanderbilt, which seems to accept more applicants than the other two.</p>
<p>Any other suggestions?</p>
