<p>Are teachers able to access the recommendations that they wrote after they submit them? I may be sending applications to schools that do not use the CommonApp, and I would hate for them to have to rewrite essays.</p>
<p>You’ll probably find that your teachers have copy a saved somewhere and can work from that for schools that do not use the common app. Most teachers do their recs in a word processing program and then upload the file to the common app site, similar to the way students upload essays.</p>
