I have one letter from a professor at University of Oslo, Norway as well as the letter from Deputy General Secretary of University of Paris. Both letters describe the several month studies I had there and that I really did a good work. Do you think these will be of any help as far as getting off the wait list is concerned?

PS.I dont think I conveyed my past university level experiences in any way in the application, the essay was about something else so this should be a new info.

You keep posting the same stuff, but the short answer IMO is that none of this garbage should matter much… And if this stuff were so important, it was very dumb of you not to make it a part of your application.

I do not keep posting the “same stuff” since I never asked anything about recommendations and I dont know why would you refer to something as “garbage”. You really need to choose the right tone, and if not, go answer somebody else who will be tolerant of your rudeness. Makes me wonder what you made out of Columbia’s education besides those 4,000 posting points you made by being disgusting.
