<p>Currently, all of them show “Recommendation Received” except for one, which shows “Letter in Preview.” </p>
<p>Is that letter received and being reviewed? Or does it mean the writer has not yet completed it?</p>
<p>That’s a really strange way of wording it. I would guess maybe the recommendation writer uploaded something and hasn’t yet clicked submit. I would not guess it to be a step beyond the other two (being reviewed as you suggested), since presumably they would all have that status.</p>
<p>When professors submitted their letters, they also answer a few questions to evaluate the student. So, he probably started this evaluation, but haven’t completed it yet.</p>
<p>I agree with Dengue2011, it sounds like the provider is working on it but hasn’t submitted it yet.</p>
