<p>I know U of C requires that one recommendation be from an English or Social Studies teacher. I hadn’t asked either of my teachers who taught those subjects my junior year for a rec, and they have since retired. This past summer, I took a literature course at Cornell, which was for credit. Would it be alright if I got my humanities rec from my Professor there?</p>
