When I was on the Penn Supplement for Common App, I saw this:

"MUST BE READ AND SIGNED BY ALL APPLICANTS:

I understand that the Admissions Office will use confidential recommendations, interview reports, and assessment statements from Admissions staff members and others to evaluate this application, but for no other purpose; and I waive all rights to read these evaluations, including notes and summaries of them, at any time. "

I interpreted this to mean that you won’t be able to see your recommendations from teachers after you matriculate. Not that it matters because you’d already be accepted, but isn’t it contradictory to the teacher evaluation forms that allows you to check yes or no to waive? just wondering…
