I know itā€™s too late, but maybe someone else would be reading this topic, so I just want to add my opinion. Although CSW is a great place for LGBTQ kidā€¦ CSW is NOT a good place for ADHD or any other neurodivergent kidā€¦ For example if the kid has special arrangement (extended time etc), they want your kid to go and talk to EVERY teacher they have class with and discuss their arrangements. I find it completely unacceptable and counter-productive. And even after that - teachers donā€™t do a thing to help the child or to follow the recommendations. They also didnā€™t accept an official letter from childrenā€™s hospital and we had to go get a different evaluation, which took a lot of time and money and my daughter ended up not getting extended time on ACT. I fully blame the school for that.
