<p>Hi, I’m applying REA. My teachers all said they have written the recs but haven’t seen a submit button and it only says ‘started’ from what I have seen. How do they submit it if there is no submit button? Or with the new common app do they not have to submit it? Because when I google this situation on line it says they have to sign the appropriate approval/authorization form for it to be submitted. Has that changed? Please help!</p>
