<p>Give your teachers the forms provided by the school. They usually has some very general instructions, and they include multiple choice questions that will steer the teacher in the right direction. A recommendation is really what it sounds like. There’s not much to it.</p>
<p>Try googling “sample teacher recommendations to college”. You’ll get some good hits that should give you the information you’re looking for.</p>
