hey, i’m an IB student in florida and am looking for a school that is balanced between strong academics, lots of activities, school spirit with at least one winning sports team, and not much partying or at least an environment where there are plenty of kids who don’t drink. i guess you could say i’m looking for a college where a strong christian kid wouldn’t feel out of place because there are lots of other smart, christian students. a lot of my extracurricular activities are faith-based, but i am definitely not the homophobic, Bible-thumping type. i’d prefer a secular college that is nationally ranked.

here are the ones i’m considering now: university of virginia, duke, cornell, georgetown, princeton, emory, university of florida, university of miami (florida), boston college, and baylor unviversity. and just for the heck of it, harvard and yale. someone also said they could see me at columbia. were they way off base or what?

(Female, UW GPA 4.0, SAT 2210, ACT 34, good EC’s and community service, etc.)
