What do you do if a coach offers you a spot after you apply but you are not certain you will be admitted and you prefer another school but are not certain if the other school will work out either.

So to be clear, has the coach offered you support thru the admissions process even though you’ve already applied? Or is it something like ‘if you get in, you can be on the team’? Did you have an academic pre-read? Are you competitive for admission?
Are you in the recruiting process at this school? Or just an applicant?
had met the coach a year ago and then he said to go to her ID camp. Then she said we like you and you should apply but did not offer anything else. daughter emailed coach that she applied and the follow up was that if accepted he will be on the team. There was no preread or anything. What do you sgugest
My D has sent transcript to another school for a preread and this school and has had more interaction with the coach. How long after sending transcript should preread take given admissions may not be too busy now.
