<p>Welcome, Class of 2016.</p>
<p>Hope you are getting ready to begin the next chapter of your lives at Columbia. A large portion of the student body at Columbia are interested in careers in entrepreneurship, finance, management consulting and the like. Navigating the highly segmented world of internship recruiting, networking, etc can be a nightmare.</p>
<p>Columbia China Law and Business Association is a student group that has served the Columbia student body for more than a decade. We coordinate recruiting events with employers in a variety of industries from finance to consulting and engage in discussions with business leaders in the U.S. and China. To ensure the quality of our board, we recruit a small group of board members each year. Through working together, the board becomes a tight-knit group of friends who will not only mentor you as you kick-start your careers but will form the basis of your network for years to come.</p>
<p>With support from our group, CCLBA alumni have went on to work at top employers including Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Bank of America and Mckinsey & Co. Several alumni have started their own ventures. </p>
