<p>Yes it can be considered a recruiting letter. These things are regulated by NCAA rules so any contact of this nature is recruiting. If your child is interested, by all means fill out the questionnaire and return it. A coach’s interest in a candidate can go a long way with admissions. Good luck.</p>
