I’m just curious but…

If you participate in a recruitment program such as the Dartmouth Bound, before you even apply… does Dartmouth already have a file on you? Since you had to apply for the recruitment program in the first place.

And if so, what is stored? Besides the common information such as Name/school/address, etc.

Anyone know?

Yes, they have the information on you.

Keep in mind not every student who attends Dartmouth bound gets admitted because the population that attends Dartmouth bound is representative of a such small number when it comes to the entire application pool (not everyone who applies to the college applies to attend Dartmouth Bound).

I know that the wait is getting kind of crazy but it will be over soon. Just hang in there.

good luck

They have the entire application you submitted for the program on file, along with your Dartmouth application

Yeh it is getting pretty tense
Hopefully things will work out.

I forgot what was specifically on the paper for D-Bound trip… But I’m certain that you had to list the activities you were involved in.

And so my final question is… What if we didn’t put all of our activities on the list… and added more on the common app. Will they view it as suspicious? Just curious because I forgot to put that I was in baseball (dont ask). But! I put it on the common app. yeh…

I wasn’t trying to play at the college level. So yeh… no athletic hook here!

Thanks again guys =)
