Red Bull and similiar drinks: Opinions?

They don’t sound healthy to me. If my teenagers put them in the cart, I take them out. Won’t have them in my house. I know some kids mix them with alcohol, and others just buy into that caffeine buzz. IMHO, they mess with sleep regulation and can’t be good for the heart. I won’t spend a dime on them. Any parents out there supportive of this stuff? Am I making too big a deal out of it? I figure if it is my money, I can say no. :)

Helps me a lot on long drives.

My kids like them. I won’t buy them. My oldest has stopped drinking them unless she has a long drive. Makes her jittery. Plus she is on a tight budget and can’t afford them.
