Which qualities young women should look for in a life partner and which ones should be considered red flags?

Red flag - a potential partner being unable to write coherent and grammatically correct sentences.

Red flag- someone who spends a social holiday like New Years Eve posting on an anonymous website oriented towards college applications.
Green flag- someone who has a sense of humor, irony and is self deprecating.

I think the ‘flags’ are the same for both men/women and green/red - green= kind; red = not kind.
